Sam
I stayed at 42 Sandy Hill Road for two years alongside 4 other students. It was ensured that when we arrived the property was in great condition. Throughout our stay, David responded immediately to any problem we had and saw to it that it was fixed instantly. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better and nicer landlord. If you are a student looking for somewhere nice to live that’s great value for money, then I would definitely recommend using David.

David is kind, reliable and fair. He treats his properties as homes, not assets.

I have had the best experience in this house. There’s nothing to complain. The landlord is really nice and friendly. The house is amazing. Hope you enjoy as much as me and roommates did.
Storm
Student house was well looked after, the landlord ensured everything was running smoothly, no problems and if any arose he would sort them out.
Josef
Very nice landlord who will think along with you and your situation. Lived at this property for my 2nd and 3rd year of university as an international student and David is very understanding and helpful. The property is close to great bus, train and DLR connections into central and other local areas. There is also a large Tesco open till late and a shopping street with everything else you might need, all in walking distance

David has been a fantastic landlord, always friendly, approachable and helpful. He responded quickly to any issues that may of arose in a timely manner. He made sure to message ahead of any visits and was very accomodating. For a student living away from home for the first time, he and his way of working made this situation far less daunting. Would HIGHLY recommend David and any of his houses.
Del
David was very attentive to our concerns as university student housemates and popped round the house very rarely but from time to time with our permission to make sure the house was in working order and that we were happy as first time renters. He made sure that we understood the paper work and is very honest, easy to contact and approachable. This made my experience a pleasant one. Really do hope there are more landlords out there like David.

The landlord is very helpful. He won't bother you and he leaves you to do your thing. He always comes on time to fix anything in the house and he gives replies to your messages promptly. It is a very safe house. A good area with essential shops and just 10, 15mins walk to Woolwich station, tescos etc.

I’ve lived at the property for the last year and have loved every second. Plumstead has been a great location for us, with a variety of shops right down the road and great transport links all the way to central london - which has been great for us as we’re always out and about. It’s only a 10minute drive to our university, which is also easily accessible by bus and train. It’s a great location if you want the freedom of being away from university halls, without being too far for lectures and sports activities. The property itself is lovely, the rooms are well kept and the house offers all the facilities needed for a group of uni students. The house is well furnished and offers lots of storage space, which is helpful especially for girls with lots of clothes! It’s a great property for students as the neighbour’s are super nice, always putting our bins out for us whenever we forgot and they don’t mind parties or noise from the house! The house always felt safe and secure which is really nice. David was the best landlord, he was always at the other end of the phone if we ever needed anything or to fix anything if needed. He was never intrusive at all, he only ever came around if we needed him to, which made us all feel really comfortable in the property! Overall, living at this house was the best decision we made, it was a lovely property in a great location and I would recommend the house to any students in the area looking to get away from uni halls without being too far away from campus!

This house is more than a property, it is where a year's worth of memories were made. In the year prior to my life at 42 Sandy Hill, I had lived at another one of the properties with Vortex (and the same landlord). This made my life a lot easier because I knew how great, conversational, understanding, and helpful David is. Whenever I messaged him in need of help with the house, he was there promptly and always with a solution. I really only have praise for him. The property itself was, for me, ideal. The link to Greenwich university (one bus, i.e. £1.50 each journey) was great; I had the envy of my friends. There is a garden with concrete, grass and decorative plants which surround the area and are lovely to care for. The living room is small and its narrow-ness sometimes a little awkward to 'live' in because of its size, but I did still manage to spend nights there watching TV with housemates. The kitchen space is great: there is adequate shelf, oven and hob space. The house comes with both a washing machine and a dryer - and not forgetting that the whole house has central heating which makes winter bearable. The rooms are of great quality and size. There are desks, wardrobes, and beds as standard and all have locks. There is one room (the one I had) which is smaller than the others. Although its size wasn't ideal, it was right next to a shower (less walking around the house with a towel) and strengthened my ability to micromanage. The room had enough space for my large speakers, DJ controller, work from university, all my clothes and many other bits and bobs, so instead of small, it really did become homely. The house is very much worthwhile. A great landlord with high standards in a cosmopolitan location that has great travel

1 August 2021 Right next door to a train station, with a few small shops nearby- so perfect location. The house is nice and comfortable to live in. No issues with the house itself. Decent sized kitchen and living room, and beds were comfortable. The landlord was helpful and responds to messages when needed. Very understanding about when the rent was due if the student loans were delayed for whatever

Great connection links into central and around London via buses, Dlr, Elizabeth line and over ground. Never have had problems getting issues fixed in the house- Excellent communication and a great landlord who looked after any tenants problems
