MOVING IN

You will be met at the house and given your keys.

A time will be arranged for a meeting with all the tenants. At this meeting we will :-

read through and sign  the contract - if this is still outstanding. 

read, check and sign the house  inventory.

discuss fire safety.

discuss the importance of ventilation.

 be shown where to turn off the water.

be shown where to turn off the gas and electricity.

be shown how to control the central heating system.

ensure you have contact details

discuss local facilities

discuss the relationship between washing up and mice

This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Remember, If during your stay you have a problem it is best to phone, discuss it, and, with help sort out a solution.
