The most important thing that happens when you move out is that you get your deposit back. There is a misconception that landlords like to keep hold of the deposits - they don't! It is great for them when there are no breakages and the cleaning has been done.  Even so, no matter how well you think you have cleaned, it will still take us two days getting the house ready for a new group!   Within two weeks of the tenancy ending (normally during the first week) your deposit will be returned. Unless, of course, the kitchen table has fueled  the BBQ or any similar damage has occurred!

The majority of our students comply with our non-smoking policy. Please be aware that we will charge the whole group if nicotine needs cleaning from a common room or the individual if  their room needs cleaning and or repainting. This will include cleaning of soft furnishings.
